Protein Iced Coffee

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g Skyr
  • 30 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 30 g protein powder of your choice, maybe a little more or less
  • 250 ml coffee, cold
  • n. B. Spray cream light

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

with 35 g protein per serving

Whisk together the skyr and milk with the protein and place it in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. If desired, you can also add vanilla flavoring. This also gives the coffee enough time to cool. Pour the cooled coffee into a glass, remove the homemade skyr ice cream from the freezer, and add it to the coffee. Stir everything together, perhaps with a straw. Garnish the iced coffee with whipped cream and serve. The entire iced coffee contains approximately 35 g of protein. Without the whipped cream, the iced coffee has approximately 180 kcal.
