Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g ham, cooked
- 300 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 natural yogurt
- 200 g cream
- 12 rolls, for baking
- Fondor
- 100 g butter, liquid
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the cooked ham into small cubes and finely chop the onion. Combine the ham, Gouda cheese, onion, butter, natural yogurt, and cream. Season with pepper and Fondor to taste. Cut the rolls in half and spread the mixture. The rolls can be spread a day in advance, so the mixture will set well. Keep refrigerated. Bake at 170°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
