Cappuccino – Cream

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 pts. pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 bag(s) of coffee (cappuccino powder)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pudding as usual, except that when mixing the pudding powder with a little milk, stir in the cappuccino powder. Once cooled, briefly blend the pudding with a mixer, then carefully mix in the whipped cream. Spoon into 8 dessert bowls and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
