Lasagna with blueberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 2 jars of blueberries
  • 500 g quark
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Drain the blueberries. Mix about half of the liquid with the quark and add the vanilla sugar. First, cover the bottom of a baking dish with quark. Then place the lasagna sheets in the mixture and cover again with quark. Then add a layer of blueberries, a layer of quark, a layer of lasagna sheets, cover with quark, a layer of blueberries, another layer of quark, lasagna sheets, and then cover with quark. The top layer must be quark. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
