Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 apples
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 60 g butter
- 250 g pasta (ribbon pasta)
- some cinnamon
- some fat for the mold
- Breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Pasta with a twist
First, cook the pasta al dente. Then, melt the butter and mix it with the pasta. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Mix the egg yolk and sugar mixture with the pasta, then fold in the stiff egg whites. Grate the peeled and cored apples and mix with a little cinnamon, if desired. Now, alternate the pasta and apple mixtures in a greased and, if desired, breadcrumb-coated baking dish. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes.
