Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 sausages, coarse
- 2 onions
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 tsp pepper
- 125 ml red wine
- 1 bunch of mixed herbs
- some salt, to taste

Peel the onions and slice into rings. Cut the sausages into 2cm pieces. Finely chop the herbs. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onions, add the sausages, and sear until crisp. Add all the other ingredients, except the wine, and fry briefly, then deglaze with the wine. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the liquid has reduced slightly. Serve with bread and a fresh salad.
