Tortilla with turkey and salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tortillas
  • 400 g turkey meat, cut into small pieces
  • 1 package of mushrooms
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • ½ head of lettuce of your choice
  • 2 tbsp, heaped tzatziki

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a pan. Set the mushrooms aside and sauté the turkey in the same pan, seasoned with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, place the tortillas on a plate, spread a thin layer of tzatziki, and top with lettuce. Finely slice the cucumber and spread it on the tortillas. Add the mushrooms briefly to the turkey and let them warm through. Pour the mixture into the tortillas and top with tzatziki, if desired.
