Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat (chicken, turkey or beef)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 450 g cream cheese, grainy
  • e.g. spinach, optional
  • n. B. Kale, chopped, optional
  • 6 large eggs
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp, leveled onion powder
  • 1 tbsp, leveled garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • e.g. oregano
  • 6 tortilla(s) (whole wheat tortillas)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Brown the mince in a large pan or pot. Once the mince has taken on some color, add the mushrooms and cook until the cooking liquid has reduced and the mince begins to look dry. Then add the cream cheese and seasonings. If desired, add spinach or kale. Cook until the mixture thickens. Meanwhile, scramble the eggs in a separate pan and season with salt and pepper. Once both are ready, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Let cool slightly. Line the whole-wheat tortillas, place a ladleful of the mixture in the center of the tortillas and fold them together.
