Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Vienna sausages
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 200 g whipped cream
- 300 g pasta
- Oil for frying
- salt water
- possibly stock powder
- possibly paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the onion and sauté until translucent. Halve and slice the Vienna sausages. Brown in oil, add the onion. Deglaze with the passata and add the cream. Simmer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, and then add it to the pot with the other ingredients. Let it simmer briefly. Season to taste. Tip: If you like it spicier, you can add granulated stock or hot paprika.
