Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, cooked
- 500 g sausage (broiled chicken sausage, butcher’s cuts)
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- Fat (frying margarine or oil)
Instructions

Fry the cooked pasta in fat until golden brown. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Lightly crack the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Add the sausage to the pasta and fry lightly. Then finely chop the onions and add them as well. Only when everything is nicely browned to your liking can you stir in the cracked eggs. Let it cook well and season again if desired.
