Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g croissant(s), ready-made dough for 6 pieces
- 100 g Russian-style liver sausage, firm to slice
- 3 pickles
- 1 tbsp, heaped mustard, hot
- 1 tsp black cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the liverwurst and cucumber into strips. Top each croissant with strips of liverwurst and cucumber. Add a little mustard. Roll up the croissants and sprinkle with some black cumin seeds. Bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes, depending on the desired browning.
