Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g pasta
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 2 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Spice(s) of your choice (e.g. paprika, garlic)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

For your crispy pasta chips, you can choose your favorite pasta; farfalle or penne are particularly good. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Mix the warm pasta with the remaining ingredients. You can choose your own flavor for the seasoning. Garlic, paprika, or even gyro seasoning are good options. Spread the pasta on a baking sheet, making sure there is enough space between the noodles so they get nice and crispy. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 30 minutes, turning the pasta halfway through.
