Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g spirals
  • 450 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • some dill
  • some chives
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Quick, easy and delicious

Combine the spirelli, broth, cream, and sour cream in a large pot, bring to a boil, then simmer with the lid on for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the type of pasta) at low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking. Season with pepper and nutmeg, and add a little more salt if desired. Turn off the heat, leaving the pot on the stove. Cut the salmon into strips and fold in the herbs (I used frozen herbs) and a squeeze of lemon juice. Let stand for a few minutes, stir again, and serve.
