One-Pot Caper Tuna Pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 900 ml water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 450 g linguine
  • 80 g capers
  • 200 g tuna from the can
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 thick garlic clove(s)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onion and garlic. Drain the tuna. Then, combine the water, vegetable stock, linguine, capers, and tuna in a saucepan and stir to combine. Add the olive oil, chopped onion, minced garlic clove, and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Simmer, careful not to burn. Once the pasta is tender, stir in the cheese and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with cheese.
