Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar Lentils, approx. 350 l 400 g
  • 1 jar chickpeas, approx. 350 l 400 g
  • 1 jar white beans, approx. 350 l 400 g
  • 1 ring/s of chorizo ​​or paprika salami
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some vegetable broth or meat broth
  • some tomato sauce
  • 4 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • lovage
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic clove in a little hot oil. Add the chopped sausage and brown well. Add the diced tomatoes and let it simmer. Once everything is simmering, deglaze with a little vegetable stock and tomato sauce. Drain the lentils, white beans, and chickpeas, add them, and cook until tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chili, and lovage. Serve with a nice loaf of fresh farmhouse bread.
