Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 Cabanossi
  • 3 large carrots
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and dice the onion. Wash and dice the carrots and bell peppers. Heat the oil in a large pot. Sauté the onions. Wash the kidney beans and add them to the pot. Fill one of the empty cans three times with water and add the water to the pot. Add the chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, and carrots. Halve the two Cabanossi, slice them, and add them. Season with paprika and chili. Let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.
