Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough (ready-made product or homemade)
  • 200 g sour cherry jam
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • 10 apricots (possibly from a can)
  • cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Prepare the pizza dough. Roll it out on baking paper and place it on a baking sheet along with the baking paper. Spread the jam on the pizza, sprinkle with chopped almonds, and top with halved apricots. Let it rise for another 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
