Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Pepper, black from the mill
- Pernod
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the strawberries as usual and cut them into quarters. Then, place the strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle with a little sugar, stir, and let stand briefly. Next, grind the pepper over the strawberries, just enough to cover them. Then, using a tablespoon, pour the Pernod over them, adjusting the amount to taste. Let stand briefly, then top with cream to serve. You can also whip the cream if you like.
