Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 point yeast (dry yeast)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 125 g oil
  • 125 g water
  • 125 g milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

A quick recipe for the bread maker

First, I add the liquid ingredients to the BBA, then add the flour and the remaining ingredients. You can vary the salt and sugar depending on what you want to make with the dough (pizza/cake?). I then set the BBA to yeast dough, and after 1.5 hours, the dough is ready. You can use it immediately or let it rest in the BBA.
