Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g chickpea flour
- 3 large eggs
- 12 tbsp water
- Salt

Protein combining food variant
Sift the chickpea flour into a bowl. Knead it with the eggs, water, and a little salt. Let the dough rise briefly, then scrape it into a spaetzle press or from a board into salted water. Simmer for 1 minute and remove with a slotted spoon. If you like, you can fry them in butter. This makes a delicious side dish to meat when following a food combining diet.
