Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g quark
- 20 g psyllium husks
- 25 g protein powder, tasteless
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, dried
- 25 ml water
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Stir all ingredients together until a smooth dough forms (use a whisk to do this) and let it stand for 15 minutes. Bring a tall pot of salted water to a boil. Spread the thick but spreadable dough over the spaetzle grater and into the hot water. Stir the spaetzle once and then remove them from the water with a slotted spoon. Serve with a rich sauce, such as a cheese sauce.
