Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 240 g chickpeas, from the can
  • 64 g peanut butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 pinches vanilla extract
  • 50 g chocolate chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

No-bake chocolate cookies

Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender and blend until smooth. Then add the chocolate chips and fold in. Form into about 16 small balls and refrigerate or freeze until desired consistency is reached.
