Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
- 120 g smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
- ½ tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated
- 120 g butter, salted
Instructions

Savory biscuits, makes about 12 biscuits
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Gently knead all ingredients with your hands until a dough forms. Divide into 12 pieces and form into balls. Place on the baking sheets, about 5 cm apart, and flatten slightly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and firm to the touch. Let cool on the baking sheets for 15 minutes and serve warm immediately. Cream cheese goes perfectly with this! Tip: If you don’t like salmon, you can use ham instead!
