Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (Fleckerl)
- Water (salt water)
- ½ cup sour cream or sour cream
- 200 g cooked ham
- 2 processed cheese wedges
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 tbsp butter
- some parsley
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant

Bring the Speckerl to a boil in a large pot of salted water. Meanwhile, dice the onion and ham. Heat butter in a pan, sauté the onion, and add the ham. Season with instant broth, then deglaze with a little water and add the sour cream. Add the processed cheese and let it melt. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then stir in the Speckerl and parsley. Serve with a mixed salad.
