Pasta with pizza sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti or other pasta
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 gr. can/n tomato(s), (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ can corn
  • 125 g cooked ham or salami
  • ½ small jar olives, green
  • 1 handful of mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning
  • basil, fresh
  • e.g. chili flakes or Tabasco
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

practical for using up leftovers

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Dice the onion and garlic and sauté in a little oil until translucent. Cut the ham into pieces and slice the olives and mushrooms, add everything, and fry briefly. Then add the pizza tomatoes, bring to a boil, and season. Add the corn and basil. Add the cream, heat until hot, and season to taste. Fold in the spaghetti and serve immediately.
