Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g yeast, fresh
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt or sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 150 g flour (wheat)
  • 150 g flour (spelt)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 50 g nettles, the tips of which, cut into strips
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Natural food

Mix the water, honey, salt, and yeast. Add the wheat flour and spelt flour to the liquid and stir in. Knead for approximately 10-12 minutes, then let it rise for another 10 minutes. Melt the butter and stir it into the dough. Sauté the diced onion in a little hot oil until translucent, add the nettle tips, and sauté for approximately 2-3 minutes. Knead everything into the dough. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for approximately 20-30 minutes.
