Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g bread mix
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 560 ml water, warm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

in Tupperware Ultra

Combine the baking mix and flour with the fried onions. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add it to the mixture. Mix everything well, then shape into a loaf, adding a little flour to prevent stickiness, and place it in a Tupperware Ultra 3-liter container. Now place it in a cold oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) with the lid on for 20 minutes, then bake uncovered for another 20 minutes. Let it cool in the oven.
