Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 beef steaks
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- some thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tapas
Cut the steaks into 4 pieces each and wrap each steak strip in a slice of bacon. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls. Briefly clean the unpeeled garlic under running water, pat dry, and add it to the pan with the meat and herbs.
