Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 medium-sized avocado(s), soft
- 200g mozzarella
- 6 slices of crispbread
- e.g. Balsamic vinegar, forest fruit
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions

ideal snack, whether for breakfast or in between meals
Cut the mozzarella and avocado into 0.75 cm slices. Distribute evenly among all the crispbreads. Season with salt and pepper. Top each slice with a dash of wild berry balsamic vinegar. Tip: Mozzarella can be replaced with feta cheese, and wild berry balsamic with blueberry balsamic.
