Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Sear the minced meat in hot oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Meanwhile, trim the leek and slice it into rings. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes. Add the leek to the fried minced meat and let it brown slightly, then add the diced potatoes and wait until they are slightly browned. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and simmer for a quarter of an hour with the lid partially closed. Season with salt and pepper to taste and thicken with the crème fraîche. Arrange on plates and serve garnished with a spoonful of crème fraîche.
