Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 jar beans, large white
  • 3 large potatoes
  • Thyme
  • sage
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • 1 liter of water or broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the ground beef in oil in a pan. Add the finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté. Chop the herbs, add them, and season with salt and pepper. Pour in water or broth. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add the chopped zucchini. After 5 minutes, add the drained white beans and heat through. Season again with salt and pepper.
