Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g mixed fruit (e.g. banana, strawberries, nectarines, raspberries)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
- 2 tbsp sweet lupin powder
- 2 tbsp oat flakes, fine
- 250 ml rice drink
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash, trim, or peel the fruit, and cut into small pieces. Place it in a blender and add the lemon juice, cane sugar, oats, and a little of the rice milk. Blend until smooth, then add the lupin powder and the remaining rice milk and blend thoroughly again. Pour into a cocktail glass and serve with a fruit cocktail stick, if desired.
