Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 3 corners of frozen spinach
  • 5 dates, dried
  • 1 tbsp, heaped flax seeds or chia seeds, possibly both
  • 500 ml water, depending on taste and desired consistency
  • 1 tsp, heaped wheatgrass or matcha powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend for about 5 minutes, depending on the blender.
