Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g mango(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp sweet lupin powder with vanilla
  • 50 g coconut milk
  • 250 ml rice drink
  • Desiccated coconut, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the ripe mango, chop it into small pieces, and place it in a blender. Add the lemon juice, cane sugar, desiccated coconut, and coconut milk and blend thoroughly. Make sure there are no chunks left. Add the lupin powder and rice milk and blend thoroughly again. Pour into a tall glass, sprinkle with some desiccated coconut, and serve with a straw.
