Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g coconut oil
  • 60 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp onion(s) (fried onions)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp mugwort

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the coconut oil with the oil, then add the spices and let it simmer for another ten minutes over low heat. Let the lard solidify in the refrigerator. Stir occasionally to prevent the onions and spices from settling. Spread the lard into a small stoneware pot and seal with cling film.
