  • 1,000 ml mandarin orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 250 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 250 ml grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
  • 50 ml sweetener, liquid
  • 2 packs of Gelfix, 3 to 1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place everything in a pot and boil gently for 3 minutes. Pour into twist-off jars and turn upside down for about 10 minutes. Tastes great with yogurt and quark. The total amount corresponds to 15 BE (180g carbs). 100ml = 1 BE
