Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 500 g butter
- 200 g sour cream
- 150 g sugar (granulated sugar)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Knead flour, butter, and cream into a smooth dough. Roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out circles. Place the sugar on a plate and press the circles into one side. Then place the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes.
