Italian minced meat pasta sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar white wine
  • ½ cup(s) Parmesan
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed
  • 500 g minced beef
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece(s) celery
  • 1 small carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 vegetable stock cube

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slowly fry the minced meat in olive oil. Once browned, add the wine and simmer for about 1 minute. Then add the finely diced ingredients: celery, carrot, parsley, and garlic. Immediately afterward, add the bay leaves. Let simmer for a bit. Then add the passata, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, and the grated Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with Italian herbs, salt, pepper, and 1 stock cube. Then simmer the sauce gently for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
