Banana tonka bean milk popsicles

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g milk
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • some tonka bean shavings
  • 1 tsp cane sugar, to taste
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Peel the banana. Blend the banana, milk, and tonka bean zest. Season with sugar and tonka bean zest. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours. Tip: If you like, add a little lemon juice to the ice cream mixture for color.
