Tipsy strawberries

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp Blue Curaçao
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 3 scoops of ice cream, vanilla
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Clean the strawberries and place them in a bowl. Mix the sugar with the Blue Curacao and the orange juice and pour over the strawberries. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Now pour the 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream into 3 tall glasses, top with the strawberries, and garnish with the whipped cream.
