Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g Cappelletti (goat cheese Cappelletti) from the refrigerated section
- 60 g pine nuts
- 2 handfuls of cocktail tomatoes
- 1 jar tomatoes, dried in oil

Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Chop the pickled tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the bowl. Prepare the cappelletti according to the package instructions. Dry-roast the pine nuts and add them to the tomatoes. Add a little of the oil from the pickled tomatoes to the bowl and mix well. Transfer the cappelletti to a plate and garnish with the sauce.
