Ribbon pasta with peas and tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 300 g pea pods
  • some butter, vegan, or margarine
  • some salt
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water to taste and then drain. Meanwhile, briefly boil the tomatoes in hot water, then peel off the skins, deseed, and dice. Briefly sauté the pea pods with the sugar, add the diced tomatoes, and cook for another one to two minutes. Season with salt to taste. Toss the pasta with a little butter, add the vegetables, and mix.
