Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 packs of potato dumplings
- 500 ml water
- 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
- some flour to thicken, if needed
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Creamy and delicious
Finely chop the onion, fry it with the minced meat, and season well with salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped leek and the potato dumplings and fry. Gradually add water until the desired consistency is reached and simmer gently. Finally, add the crème fraîche, season to taste, and serve.
