Pasta in cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 cup of cream (200 ml)
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche (200 g)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (175 g)
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 3 onions
  • 3 bulb(s)
  • a few stalks of spring onions
  • 6 tbsp, heaped vegetable broth
  • some salt and pepper
  • some butter for frying
  • possibly Parmesan, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with minced meat, zucchini, pears and spring onions

Brown the minced meat in a pan with butter and onions and season. Cook the pasta in a pot as usual. Cut the zucchini into pieces, add it to the minced meat, and season. Cut the pears into pieces and add them. Add the cream, crème fraîche, and cream cheese. Chop the spring onions and add them, simmering until tender. Season to taste, adding more broth, salt, and pepper if desired. Serve the pasta with the sauce and garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
