Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt (3.5%)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (from the jar)
  • 2 tbsp sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 tbsp pepper, green from the jar (crushed)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

very tasty with baked potatoes or fish

Wash the herbs, shake them dry, and chop them finely. Crush the green peppercorns, then gently mix all the ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Truly simple and delicious!
