Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package of feta cheese
  • 1 jar olives, with pepper filling
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bowl of cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 6 carrots
  • ½ celery

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Feta dip

Place the feta, sour cream, olives, and peeled garlic in a bowl and mince with a hand blender. Season with pepper to taste. Wash and trim the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces. If you like, you can use more garlic or other vegetables. You can also serve the dip with a barbecue.
