own recipe idea without cream

You’ll need one layer of cake base (approx. 3 cm thick). Place it in a 28 cm springform pan and fill the pan with halved sponge fingers. I soaked the sponge fingers in liqueur, but you could also use coffee or juice. Then, mix the quark, sour cream, and yogurt in a bowl. Finally, stir in some quick-set gelatin. Spread everything on the cake base and decorate with chocolate chips. I made the cake because I had some leftover ingredients from a birthday party. The family loved it because it tasted so fresh.
