Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour (bread flour, type 700)
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 packets of dry yeast
- 2 packs of sourdough (natural sourdough, 75 g per pack)
- 600 ml water
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
with natural sourdough
Knead all ingredients into a soft dough. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Transfer to a greased baking pan, cover, and let rise again until the dough has doubled in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180°C and bake for another 45 minutes.
