Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g lard
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tbsp flour
- 250 ml meat broth
- salt and pepper
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 dash of cream

more lavish version with minced meat instead of smoked bacon
Dice the onions and garlic. Melt the lard in a pan. First, sauté the diced onions and garlic. Then add the shredded minced meat and fry until golden brown. Dust with flour and deglaze with the meat broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finish with a dash of cream. Serve with boiled potatoes and a pickled gherkin.
