Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g minced meat, mixed
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- salt and pepper
- 4 tsp pesto
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes
Combine the ground meat with the breadcrumbs, mustard, egg, sunflower seeds, salt, and pepper, and season to taste. Form the meatballs into 4 patties and flatten them. Place 1 teaspoon of pesto in the center of each patty, fold the edges of the patties over each other, and form into patties. Heat a little neutral oil in a pan and fry the patties on each side for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
